Show  up  at  the  appointed  time,  or call you if he can’t 

be clean and presentable, 

professional  and  courteous, 

discreet and  respectful, 

maintain a tidy and  safe  worksite, 

work quickly,  but not at  the risk of sloppy workmanship,

complete  tasks  to  the  very best of his ability,

be  child  and  pet  friendly,  

and  return  to  make  it  right  if  our  work  does  not meet  your  satisfaction.
